DavidLONGAlan Dave Kay and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their support and messages of sympathy received following our very sad loss. David will be missed by all who loved him. Thanks to consultants, doctors and nursing staff on ward 35 at the Walsgrave and to Rev Gill Hancock for the perfect service for David. Special thanks go out to the district nurses, family doctor, also the Mary Ann Evans Hospice who supported the family throughout David's illness.
